My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

If you are looking for a gentle, sweet, and adorably loving, furry family member, Gingerbread might be just for you. She’s just over a year old and weighs about 45 lbs. This beautiful girl is a sensitive soul. She can be quite shy when meeting new people so she can be overlooked for adoptions. She is actually quite eager to make new friends and when she does, she bonds strongly. Once you are her friend, she yearns for affection, snuggles and attention. She's in search of a confident, patient, and gentle companion who can provide the safe guidance that she needs to thrive. Gingerbread is a dog in which the kennel environment is a bit more stressful. She is settling in but would do so much better in her very own home. She gets along well with most polite dogs and enjoys playtime. This is a huge outlet for her kennel stress. Having a furry friend would be a plus for her as well as having a secure play area. She has had no reaction around cats, but all cats are different. We would do a meet-n-greet with any potential fur siblings to be sure all get along. Gingerbread is gorgeous, gentle and in need of someone who appreciates her for her beautiful spirit.

Help this lovely girl find her forever home, filled with love and understanding. Just message us here or give us a call at 352-528-9888 to set up an appointment to meet her.
