Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Like so many cats when they first come into our center they are absolutely terrified or shut down. Panther is a sweet and scared little kitty who came into our care after having been abandoned by her former guardians in a local park. She was found hiding inside of a tunnel slide. Panther’s finders held onto her to try to find an owner but when no one came forward they decided to surrender her to our center. Panther is an extremely nervous at the moment but is able to be handled and pet. She has even started to play with the toys that we have provided her in her cage. Panther would do best in a quiet home with another cat or two for companionship.

Famous Fido was founded by Gloria Lissner who has been independently rescuing dogs from the death rows of kill shelters since 1975. She officially opened Famous Fido Rescue & Adoption Alliance in July 2010. All our dogs recieve the necessary vet care and treatment is never refused. Famous Fido has developed a full merchandise line, starting with our all natural dog treats to support our rescue efforts. Our products are available for purchase on our website. The mission of FFRAA is to form an alliance with similar organizations to increase community awareness, public consciences and create a No Kill Nation.
