Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Swirl (AKA The Swirly Dirly)! Why did we name a cat Swirl? Well, she came into our facility after being picked up by law enforcement after she was found outdoors, seemingly unable to walk. Since arriving, we have noticed that Swirly is a little.. off. She gets around, walking, purring and asking for attention, she uses the litterbox and eats and drinks, but does it all while wobbling and swirling her head around. After being examined by the vet, it was determined that other than some healing wounds on her ears and leg, she looked really good other than the funny way she does things. We suspect she possibly has C.H. (Cerebellar Hypoplasia) see link for more information:

Unfortunately we can't be sure, but she seems to enjoy life and loves attention from her people. She is good with other cats here. She must've been someone's cat as she was already spayed when we received her (but no chip, unfortunately). Swirl is now looking for a home that will accept her for the special kitty that she is, and address any veterinary concerns if they arise. Right now, she is purrfect and ready for adoption. Her fee is $70 and includes her vaccinations, negative felv/fiv test, microchip, and she is spayed. Please call 630-553-9256 or email animalcontrol@kendallcountyil.gov or visit her during our normal business hours to meet and possibly adopt Swirl.
