Meet Milkbone! This tall, dark, and handsome guy has been in the shelter for over a year now, and is hopeful his furever family will find him soon. Milkbone has had a rough time in the shelter, and he is going to require time to decompress and learn what life is like outside of the shelter again. Milkbone came to us very nervous, and thankfully with some yummy treats he warmed up and quickly became our friend. Milkbone is still nervous and shy with strangers, and is looking for a quiet, low traffic home. Since being in the shelter Milkbone has been learning through positive reinforcement based training, and knows some great skills like "sit", "down", "come". Once he is comfortable with you he is a goofy, sweet, playful guy who loves to share his toys and cuddle. Milkbone needs to be the only animal in the home. If you are interested in meeting Milkbone, please submit an adoption form on our website: fairfieldcountydogs.com and we will contact you to arrange a time to visit. Primary Color: Brindle Weight: 67 Age: 2yrs 2mths 4wks
