I started fostering Loki on January 10th, 2024. He is a happy good natured puppy who loves to play. He also LOVES to eat, perhaps a little too much, and he loves to wrestle with his sister. His favorite thing, well next to eating, is to be held. He snuggles up on my shoulder and it is so sweet. He really wants his humans with him. Loki is vocal about his needs. He has been exposed to my cat and wants desperately to play with her. She is not scared of puppies since she has had so many foster puppies for several years but she does not want to play with them. He barks at her and wags his tail. When he wags his tail, his whole body wiggles. He has never tried to chase her and she is a “stand her ground” type of cat and never tries to run.
He is crate trained and sleeps well through the night. The only time he wakes up and barks is when he needs to go potty. Loki loves tug of war toys and he and his sister do a lot of that! He also likes chewy bones. He is still teething and it keeps him occupied. I personally think he will stay on the smaller side (but easily medium sized) and be a couch potato.
