My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

`Wanna Fanta! Don`t you wanna?` Anyone else remember that jingle about the delicious orange soda? Even if you don’t, once you meet our Fanta you’ll definitely wanna… take her home that is! Fanta began her stay at PACC a bit shy, but this sweetheart has come out of her shell and is a bouncy, happy girl who loves her volunteer friends and her time out of the kennel. You can usually find her eagerly awaiting her walk or time in a play yard with a wagging tail and a big old smile.

“I met Fanta last night and I must say she is a doll! She was easy to leash up and walked nicely on the leash. We took her and her kennelmate to a yard and she got the best zoomies! She was aware of dogs walking by but she seemed more interested in smelling and getting loved on. I offered her treats and she sat nicely and took them very gently. She is a sweetheart! I will definitely be taking her out again next time I’m there.”

Fanta is also a field trip regular and has been on a hike, made lots of new friends and even got a bath. She does well in the car and has been described as affectionate, playful, quiet, sweet, loving, and cuddly- she has it all!

“She was a joy to have. Really an amazing dog. Such a sweet soul and loves to cuddle!!! The best and most loving houseguest.”

During a brief adoption Fanta was housebroken and was described as an affectionate girl who loves toys and knows tricks.

Fanta shares her kennel with another PACC pup and has been social and easygoing when meeting other dogs in playgroup. She’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Ask to meet Fanta today- don’t you wanna!?
