Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Tinkerbell and Sugar Plum
3-4 month old Chihuahua/ Chiweenie mixes
These little ladies came to us just before Christmas, from a local hoarding situation that ended with over 30 dogs and pups being seized. We are assuming that these girls are related, though there were multiple breeding dogs onsite. Tinkerbell is shorter and longer, whereas Sugar Plum is more proportionate. Over the last 4 weeks they have worked on getting healthy, happy, and socialized, and they will be looking for their forever homes next week.
They can be adopted together or separately. Tinkerbell is more outgoing and playful. Sugar Plum is too, but less than Tink. Both are good with kids and other dogs, even larger ones, and would likely do well with cats. They currently sleep and stay in a play pen during the day, use a pee pad in the pen, and keep their bed nice and clean. Actually, Tinkerbell likes to bury herself under the blankets when she naps.
Both will be fully UTD on vaccines, spayed, microchipped, and UTD on monthly preventatives, prior to adoption.
To add one, or both, to your forever family, please send us a detailed application from www.puppiesareworthsaving.com
Foster location: Forest Hill, MD
*To note, these pups get some serious backward sneeze fits, especially Sugar Plum. Don't be alarmed by it.
