Cooper is the most outgoing of his siblings. He loves attention and will take all the pets he can get. He's playful, sweet and not to mention handsome!

***Cooper is in a foster home in Oak Harbor on Whidbey Island with her siblings Moxie and Smidge. Must be able to travel to Oak Harbor to meet them in their foster home.
