Cowl's owner (John) was tragically killed in a car accident on 1/18/24. John's family didn't want the dog and left him chained up in the backyard without food or access to indoor shelter. The only care he gets is from neighbors bringing him food and water. Recently, Peter Bisuito (a neighbor), came to Cowl's rescue and is temporarily fostering him while we can work to find Cowl a loving forever home. Cowl is a healthy dog and is extremely friendly and loving. Peter thinks Cowl is a Lab/Pit mix. Cowl is currently located in Broward County.
