The application must be approved by the shelter staff and all adoptions are finalized based on the best interests of our animals. Perth Amboy Animal Shelter is a small municipal facility that provides Animal Control Services to the local community of Perth Amboy. Our Animal Control Staff operates this full service shelter and is dedicated to successfully finding permanent homes for the shelter residents. Volunteers are always welcomed and appreciated!
