Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Chonk has had a run of bad luck and was found wandering the streets after being hit by a car, but luckily he's done an amazing job of healing on his own and with intervention from Austin Pets Alive. Though he's receiving continued care through APA until his injuries are taken care of, he gets around great, running and jumping and playing.
Chonk has been with his foster family for several months now and has been a wonderful guest! He plays great and is very gentle and patient with his smaller foster dog brother and doesn't hassle his elderly foster dog brother. He's very curious about the resident cat, but she has her area and he has his, and he's very out of sight out of mind with his attention.
He's never met a stranger he didn't like and will love you right away! He continues to charm and melt with every person he encounters. He's still a big puppy so loves to play and cuddle and gnaw on his toys, he's very food motivated and incredibly smart, so will be easy to train.
Once you get a look into his smart sweet eyes and feel the weight of his big old head on your knee looking up at you with all that love, you'll never want to be apart from him again! 🥹
