Piper is an 8 year old female. We are checking to see if housebroke although we are working on crate training and doing well there. She is beyond smart so easy to train.

So far she is very sweet and mellow. She settled into a complete charm bug! Piper is a bit scared and shy for the first few days.

She came to us when her previous family had to move and could not take her to new housing, not because she did anything wrong. She is quite charming once she settles in.

Piper is spayed and had her teeth cleaned, shots and worming. She is good to go to a new home. We always send along that paperwork too so folks have it for their vets.

We do require a fenced yard in town and no kids with this girl please. She is a mooch and is a bit overweight so needs to stay on a diet. Thanks.
