My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Roxanne or Roxy for short. I am currently in search of my forever home and hope that maybe you could be the one I am looking for!

I am sweet, relaxed and loving. I could spend hours sleeping in your lap, across your chest or anywhere in close proximity. I like chin scratches, cuddling under warm blankets and sleeping in cozy corners.

I currently live with three big dogs, who have become my friends. I like to run around with them and play games, my favourite is hiding around the corner and jumping out to scare them.

I do have a chronic skin condition which I take daily medication for. The medication has helped me feel much better, and as long as I get the daily dose I am happy as can be!
I also require a specific type of hypoallergenic food to help with my condition.

I am looking for a family who can give me lots of love and affection. I am all snuggles and would love to share that with my forever home.

Likes: cuddling, heated blankets, chin scratches
Dislikes: being picked up

Medication: Atopica & Prednisolone

Illness: chronic skin condition, allergies

Good with dogs
Kids: unknown... I think she lived with kids previously
Cats: unknown

More about this rescue

Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
