My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

~~THIS IS A COURTESY POST. THIS DOG IS **NOT** IN THE CARE OF THE ALTERNATIVE HUMANE SOCIETY. PLEASE REACH OUT TO THE OWNER DIRECTLY AT kateedaley118@gmail.com  THANK YOU~~

Please meet Lily. She is a 4 year old shepard mix who is up-to-date on shots, housebroken and spayed.

Lily is a big sweetheart; eager to please, huge on cuddling, and always happy to play. She loves to snuggle up in bed but is also just as happy to sleep in her own bed. She also has lots of energy and would love to be walked/exercised regularly.

She currently lives with 2 older dogs, 3 cats and some chickens! She loves to try to play with them all and co-exists with them well. She does like to try to roughhouse with the cats, but has no problem being "put in her place”. She also has a big, un-fenced yard she likes to roam around on, and does not have any current issues with wandering/running away.

Lily does have anxiety and is very wary of new people, especially men. However, if given patience and love, she can be quick to warm up. Otherwise, she is extremely friendly to every dog she meets, and is very good at making friends! She even likes to "guide" any new puppies she meets. She also has a big burn scar on her side that is from when she was a stray in AZ. It is no cause for concern right now, but I like to keep an eye on it.

I would love for her to find a safe, loving, and active home that can give her the attention she deserves. Her rehoming fee will be discussed. Please reach out if Lily might be the girl missing from your life.
