Hi my name is Boss.
I was a stray, just wandering around. Now I am at the shelter where I have people that love me and take care of me, but what I would love is to be in a home.
I would love to have a home where I know no one will ever hurt me or throw me out. My friends at the shelter say I am about 1-2. I am an American Pit Bull Terrier. I am house trained at the shelter. I am REALLY friendly with all my friends here, Kassidy, Kelsey,Debbie and Shannon.
I have never seen a kid before so if you have kids I would have to meet them several times before getting adopted just to make sure I am okay with them. I am I very happy boy I love to take my toys with me wherever I go. I need a big yard where I can run and play.
I have been around cats, but not when they aren't in a kennel so I really don't know I feel about them.
My neighbors are 2 girls and I really like them and would play with them all day if I could. I really like Abby. I would rather play with the girls, I don't like boys.
I have been at the shelter for about 2 months. I am a very good boy I can sit and shake for treats. I need leash training I get every excited to go outside. I would be easy to train.
If you would love someone to take you for long walks and longer cuddles on the couch, I am your guy!

We also hold adoptions most Saturdays from 10-4 at the Alpharetta Petsmart. It is located across from the North Point Mall. Also Petco in Milton/Alpharetta. Please e-mail us for specific dates and locations. Not all pets at our shelter are at the adoption event. If you would like to see a certain pet at an event, e-mail us and let us know which one you are interested in.
