QJ is a cutie and a sweet lady. She would make a wonderful lap cat. She does well with other cats and doesn't mind dogs. She is fine with older kids and all adults. She is quite playful and loves to rub her head on people when she wants attention.

PCHS is a volunteer organization created in 2005 to stop the euthanasia of unclaimed animals at the local pound.
Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.

Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
