Hi there! My name is Mowgli, and I'm on the prowl for my forever home!
First off, I'm a handsome kitty with a zest for life that's hard to match. Playfulness? Oh, you bet! I'm the king of playtime. From feathers to balls to anything that rolls, count me in! I'll chase, pounce, and bat those toys around like there's no tomorrow. But it's not just toys that catch my eye. Nope, I'm a curious little feline explorer. Every nook and cranny of the house is a potential adventure waiting to happen. I'll investigate every corner, every shelf, and every hidden spot!
Now, when it comes to humans, I'm all in. I adore spending time with my human companions. Whether it's lounging on the couch, following you around like a shadow, or curling up next to you for some quality time, count me in! I'm a social butterfly who thrives on human interaction. Oh, and did I mention I'm quite the chatterbox? Yep, I've got a lot to say, and I'm not afraid to vocalize it. Whether I'm meowing a greeting when you come home or regaling you with tales of my day's adventures, I'll keep you entertained with my stories.

I do great with other cats after proper introductions. I do well with gentle, older children and I am litter box trained.

Friends of Community-Cats Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an incredible team of volunteers, dedicated to rescuing and saving the lives of cats and kittens whom are abandoned, neglected, sick, injured, unwanted or would otherwise be euthanized in shelters. We work with multiple shelters in Utah and are part of the Best Friends Animal Society Coalition aiming to make Utah a no-kill state.
We take in the abandoned, abused, unwanted, neglected, geriatric and neonatal, sick and injured and cats with severe behavioral problems. We get the cats medical care, rehabilitation and bring them back to health and prepare them for adoption. We have a great adoption program in which we spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip the cats and kittens before placing them into loving, adoptive homes.
We participate in Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. We provide food, shelters and medical care for more than 100 community cats daily. We also assist low income families with medical care and food for their animals.
We are 100% volunteer and foster based and rely on donations from the public to keep our organization running. We mostly focus on cats, however we do help other animals as well, such as dogs, small animals and livestock.
Our director, Kali Cristaudo, founded this organization in 2012. Since then, we have grown so much, formed an incredible team of volunteers and have saved thousands of lives and we will continue to save more and more lives every year.
