My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Petunia! She is about 2 years old, 42 lbs, and she is a Mutt! Petunia was dumped at a lake and waited for 3 days for her person to come back and get her. In her foster home, she is doing excellent with her house-training, crate-training and walks well on leash. She can be a bit reactive to cars and bikes, likely due to a lack of experience and exposure to them. She could go to a home with kids 10+, and other dogs. Cats are unknown.

Her foster says, "Petunia is a very smart dog. She has so much love to offer and willing to please. She listens very well to your command to come back when called. She loves playing mostly with her sibling sister who is the same size as her. They get along excellent together and looks forward to the next play time."

She is available for adoption in Hopkinton, MA by appointment with an approved adopter. Please fill out an application on our website at https://www.browndogcoalition.com/adoptable as a first step.

- Please thoughtfully discuss with your entire household the physical, financial, and emotional responsibilities of a puppy/dog BEFORE applying to adopt.
