This sweet pumpkin headed boy has a big head and a big heart! He had a distinct telephone ring meow and loves to sit on your lap.

He is FIV and was very sick when he arrived. He is much better after two months of medicine but seems like he might always have a little squinty drippy left eye.

Cats with FIV can live long and healthy lives and can live with other cats. He is a robust guy with a very soft coat that is lovely to pet. He is chill about other cats but hates dogs.

Neuman is a complete love who can’t wait to be someone’s special guy!

We appreciate you + we love our animals. Please be patient as this may take a few business days to check all personal + vet references.

We are a 100% foster-based organization so a day/time is coordinated with our amazing foster to meet the animal that caught your eye.

Sign Adoption Contract

Our contracts are digital + sent from our software database.

Pay Fee

We have several options for you to help us continue our work in matching animals with their forever family units.

At this time, Familiar Hearts Animal Society meetings are by appointment only.

We currently rely on our amazing web of generous fosters throughout the Philadelphia area and will do our best to make a meeting as convenient as possible for both human + animal.

Meetings will need to be coordinated through the foster of the animal you are interested in meeting.

Our Vision: Our mission is two-fold; we want to help abandoned pets and we want to help stop pet abandonment.

We operate using a network of kind hearted hands to help find homeless animals veterinary and behavior care and then match them with appropriate forever homes. We also strive to educate pet owners about resources they might utilize in order to best understand how to provide for their friends with furry paws, feathers or claws. We always do our best to help.
