Meet the lovable Pudge...a 9 years young, black, male cat who came to us after his owner fell on hard times and was unable to continue caring for him the way he deserved. Lucky Black Cats stepped up and took this sweet boy in to give him a chance at a better life. He's fully UTD on his shots, neutered, and gone through a full intake protocol and exam and is healthy. It wasn't until we spent time with Pudge that we learned he's quite the funny little dude! Did you know Pudge dances? That's right, he fully gets up on his hind legs and will dance for his dinner, giving a little twist and shout along the way for good measure!
Pudge's favorite pastimes are bird watching thru a window, climbing atop a cat tower (the higher the better), taking catnaps and when he's awake having lengthy conversations (he's quite chatty).
Pudge will need the type of owner who wants a cat that is full-time by their side, including bed time snuggles. He needs to be the King of his domain, so we're recommending him as only-cat to a household that is willing to know that it's Pudge's home and you're just living in it.
Pudge is a very interactive cat that doesn't like to be lonely, so he is the perfect only-cat for a recent retiree or a family with older children.
Pudge had a very difficult few months leading up to his rescue and we want to give him his new forever family and a life that this sweet boy truly deserves. But don't fret, he still has his dancing shoes on and ready to go.
