MEET TESSIE! This adorable 1-year-old tan & white Chihuahua with floppy ears needs a forever home! She was recently rescued from an overcrowded California shelter. Tessie is a bit shy and timid, but once she warms up to you she does fine. She will do best in a quiet home with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. Tessie weighs about 10 lbs.
