MEET CALISTA! Her name means "most beautiful" and that is surely the case with pretty Calista. This sweet 7-year-old Doberman Pinscher was recently rescued from a California shelter. She was likely used for breeding and then dumped by her previous people. The shelter experience was also a scary one for her. She walks really well on a leash but is afraid of loud noises, so she'd do the best in a quiet home with a single person, a couple or a family with older kids. We will update this posting as we learn more about her, but we know so far she is a sweet, loving and gentle girl. She weighs 66 lbs. Please email for an application.

We are a registered 501c3 animal rescue organization in the State of California. We adopt out dogs in Southern California and in the Pacific Northwest, and in some cases we work with rescue partners in specific locations, to help facilitate adoptions.
