My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This pet is available as a fee-waived adoption!

Hazel is a stunning two-year-old lady with captivating big green eyes and a unique, beautiful coat. Her fur is a lovely blend of white with ginger, brown, and black markings, making her a truly distinctive beauty. While Hazel is a bit shy, she is slowly coming out of her shell. She may still be timid, but with patience and love, she's starting to show her sweet and gentle nature. Hazel is looking for a quiet, loving home where she can continue to gain confidence and feel safe. She would thrive in an environment where she can take her time to adjust and trust at her own pace. If you have a soft spot for shy but sweet cats and are willing to give Hazel the time and affection she needs to blossom, she will reward you with her quiet charm and gentle presence. Come meet Hazel and let her unique beauty and shy demeanor capture your heart.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

You’re interested in adopting? That’s great! We have many eager candidates who would love to meet you! If you have questions, please call us at 208-788-4351.

$150 Dogs (All ages)
$100 Kittens (Under 1 year, second kitten is free!)
$75 Senior and special needs dogs (7+,add'l care or meds needed)
$50 Cats (1 year and older)

We ask all who are interested in adopting an animal to fill out an adoption application. We interview all potential adopters with the goal of placing an animal with the correct family and compatible lifestyle. This is of prime importance – we endeavor to make this new home the animal’s residence for life. All of our animals must be spayed or neutered before leaving our facility as part of our adoption contract.

The adoption fees include spay / neuter costs as well as any vaccinations administered at the shelter. All animals are microchipped and your adoption fee covers the cost of a dog license for all of our Blaine County residents. You’ll also go home with a bag of food and a bag of goodies for your new pet!
