Hi there! My name is LJ and I am a 5-6 year old male Chihuahua/Terrier mix who is looking for a loving forever home with a family who is patient and caring. You see, I can be a little nervous in new situations and around new people. It takes me a bit of time to learn how to trust new people and warm up in new situations. My foster mom says I am a sweet boy who wants to trust and love, but hasn't had the best of experiences in the past. I get along with other dogs in my foster house and am doing well at doing my personal business outside. I went to the doggy doctor and got all of my vaccines and am neutered too!
My ideal adoptive family is one that has a quiet home, kids over 13 years of age with dog experience, a fenced yard, and a family who is patient, calm, and understanding of my initial nervousness. If you have a loving heart, are understanding of my scary past experiences, and are willing to be patient and kind to me as I learn how to trust you, I promise I'll be your bestest friend.
