My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jaqueline is a mysterious and sweet girl. Although she can be quite scared and skittish, once she knows that she can trust you and you have her back, she'll reward you with her quiet and sweet nature. As she is easily frightened, Jaqueline will need patience, no sudden movements, and lots of treats while she gets to know and love you. She loves it when you scratch her head and neck.

Jaqueline will thrive in a quiet home with patient and loving caregivers. Once she has settled, you will see how much love she has to give. She loves to play and makes the cutest and quirkiest growls that you can't help but laugh at. Both Jaqueline and her sister, Sammy, are food motivated and enjoy food puzzles for entertainment. Although they enjoy their space at times, you will often see them curled up together or giving each other head butts and little kisses. Whoever chooses to bring these gals into their life will always feel loved. They will thrive as the only pets in a family that could include older, patient children.

Jaqueline must be adopted with her sister, Sammy

More about this rescue

VOKRA’s mission is to end cat overpopulation and homelessness. We rescue, heal, then place cats - first in our network of foster homes, then in carefully matched, loving, forever homes. We are a passionate, volunteer-driven charity with extensive cat care experience. We believe that no kill is the only responsible approach to rescue, that Trap-Neuter-Return works and that cats are AWESOME!
