Echo is a handsome 2-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on January 16, 2024 by a Good Samaritan who found him on Echo Valley Road in the Waterford Ohio area.
This good-looking boy has a gray tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and a sweet face with large golden eyes, a splash of white on his muzzle, a pink/gray nose, and long white whiskers.
Echo was understandably a frightened kitty when he found himself in a small cage in an unfamiliar place with people that he did not know (or trust). Our kind kennel techs gave Echo the quiet space and extra TLC that he needed in order to help him acclimate to the shelter environment.
Echo spent a few weeks in The Jungle Room (one of our HSOV cat adoption rooms) .. And he was recently introduced into the HSOV Open Cat Room. Echo has decided that this new arrangement is pretty awesome since he has clean soft comfy blankets, his own 'bathroom', fresh water, and plenty of gourmet food served up by his new kennel tech friends .. And daily maid service (smile).
Echo was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on January 25, 2024. He is a fairly big boy who weighed 9 lbs that day.
Echo was neutered on February 20, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 9.6 lbs that day. Echo is ready to find a loving home of his very own either through adoption or rescue.
Rescue groups may contact our HSOV Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation.
