MEET ROMEO! Romeo is a 4-year-old male boxer/possibly black mouth cur. (His shelter paperwork says shepherd-boxer mix). He is currently looking for a foster or forever home. Romeo is a stunning, handsome boy who loves to be with his person or people. He's incredibly loyal and protective, and would make a wonderful companion for someone who loves to hike! He's a good guard dog, and would do best in a non-congested area where he can simply be with his people and not worry about the neighbors. Romeo also has a prey drive, and needs a physically strong owner. He can be leash reactive and dog selective, but is a lovebug in the home and a very sensitive, loving, loyal dog. He is incredibly smart, affectionate, and attached to my person or people to a fault. He will be your best friend.He is easy to groom, playful, and loves a good belly rub! We work hard to match the right dog with the right person or people. Often people inquire about one dog, but end up adopting a different dog that is a better fit. We have many dogs to choose from and are able to successfully match people with their forever companions.
