Meet Leroy

Leroy is the funniest 6 year old, dachshund mix! This little comedian is so loving and "all in" on whatever action is going on at the rescue. He is 10 pounds of entertainment in a little red package.

Leroy does great with other dogs and is currently housed with cats, who entertain him all day. The cats pay him no mind but he loves to look at them and bark for them to come play. For the adopters sanity, we would recommend no kitties due to his barking insistence that they join the play pawty.

You will meet the pet at our thrift store and adoption center in Blue Ridge, GA. We also have adoption events every Sat. (Weather Permitting)

More about this rescue

We are a new Rescue to North Georgia but we have been volunteering with a rescue group for 10 years. We are huge animal lovers and enjoy helping animals in need. There is a special satisfaction in saving a dog from a kill shelter and adopting it into the perfect home.
