Meet Clod, a lively five-year-old pug mix weighing 13 pounds. This energetic boy is always up for a game of chase, and when the zoomies hit, he's sure to bring a smile to your face with his playful antics.

Despite his active nature, Clod's true passion lies in showering affection on his human companions. He's a people-oriented pup who thrives on human interaction, prioritizing cuddles and companionship over toys.

Treat time is a highlight for Clod, who eagerly accepts treats with gentle manners. And if you really want to see him light up, just scratch the base of his tail, and you'll be treated to a charming little dance.

Clod is a Guardian Angel dog with an adoption fee of $300. Guardian Angel dogs are highly desirable and command an increased adoption fee. This higher fee is used to defray the costs of caring for rescues with special needs, either medical or behavioral, or for those who are with us for unusually long periods of time. In this way our Guardian Angels directly help our other rescues! Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, age- appropriate vaccinations, microchipping, and a free wellness visit at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital. Adoption hours are Thursday-Saturday from 11:00 am-4:00 pm by appointment by calling 602-971-1334.
