My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

neighbor from a storm drain where she almost drowned. She was put on antibiotics and has fully recovered. The neighbor has been feeding her and has socialized her but cannot bring her indoors because she is allergic to cats. So River has lived in the storm drain. The foster was able to pet her, pick her up and feed her warmed wet food, then brought her inside.
