My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Chubs, the four-legged bundle of joy and jolliness! Although his photos show a stoic demeanor, have no doubt this boy is a lovable goofball. This canine comedian is not just a dog; he's a stand-up pupper ready to deliver laughs and tail wags. Chubs is a professional people lover, with a passion for playtime and a flair for stretching his long legs - a true yoga master in the making!
In the quest for the perfect home, Chubs dreams of a place where he can sprint freely, letting loose the wild energy within him. He's like a furry sprinter, just waiting for someone to hand him the gold medal in the game of fetch.
Now, let's talk manners. Chubs may have a few social faux paws, but fear not! We're working on refining his etiquette because this eager-beaver genuinely wants to be the best good boy. And guess what motivates him? Food! He's not just chasing his tail; he's chasing that tasty treat, making him the most food-motivated fluffball you'll ever meet.
So, if you're ready for a daily dose of laughter, a workout companion with long, stretchable limbs, and a charming doggo with a heart of gold, then Chubs is your go-to canine comedian. Adopt him now, and let the comedy show and tail-wagging extravaganza begin!

Their adoption process

1.

Submit Application

You can see animals that you are interested in online. Filling out an application does not commit you to a specific animal.

2.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Once you have filled out the application, come in and meet the animals. You can change which animal you've applied for!

3.

Interview

While we do not do a formal interview, when you meet the animals, we may ask questions about your family to ensure a great fit!

4.

Approve Application

We process applications Monday-Friday, in the order received. It takes approximately 24-48 business hours to approve.

5.

Meet the Pet

Once you have been approved, we may do a meet-and-greet with resident animals, and all members of the household to ensure a great fit!

6.

Sign Adoption Contract

Sign the adoption contract, pay the adoption fee, and then you get to take your new family member home!
