My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Life for me in the beginning was a bit rough.  I found my way into the shelter as a lost young kitten, and to top it off I had a broken leg!!!  My sweet foster family at Klassy Kats took me to all of my vet appts and helped to get me all healed up, fully vetted, and ready for my future home. I have lots of great kitty friends, but I am very shy around people!  If you have a lot of patience with me, it is possible that I might come around.

We are completely foster based and do not have our own facility. We do keep 8 of our fostered kitties at Petsense in Locust Grove, GA which is also the location that we do our "Meet and Greets" at between potential adopters, the kitty they are interested in, and a Klassy Kat volunteer.

More about this rescue

Klassy Kats s a no-kill cat rescue organization dedicated to providing a healthy and safe environment for felines that have nowhere left to turn in Butts County and have been owner-released. Felines that come into our rescue are fully vetted prior to finding loving and permanent homes through our adoption process. We are committed to reducing the overpopulation of cats in the Butts County" kommunity" by using a pro-active approach of promoting low-cost spay and neuter programs, along with educating and assisting the community with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) projects. Karing for the kommunity by karing for the kitties of Butts County.
