Bootstrap was brought into the Blanchard shelter by his "owner", who wanted to "just shoot him". 🤬 We couldn't let his story end there, so he's tucked safely in at a foster home.

Bootstrap is wonderful with other dogs, but not cats. He's around a year old, weighs 25 pounds, has nice house manners, takes directions well and is crate trained.
