Meet the Pet

Submit an online application or visit PetsMart at 5418 E 41st St, Tulsa, OK 74135 any Saturday between 11am and 3pm to meet dogs.

Submit Application

Online or at adoption event any Saturday at PetsMart located at 5418 E 41st St, Tulsa, OK 74135.

Approve Application

We do vet checks to verify all current pets are up to date on vaccinations. We require dogs are kept on heartworm prevention.

4.

Home Check

Meet and Greet with any existing pets and check home environment for safety concerns. We check for adequate fencing around yard.

Sign Adoption Contract

6.

Pay Fee

Adoption fee is $125

Additional adoption info

If for any reason the adoption does not work out, you are required to return the dog to Route 66 Pet Rescue.

Route 66 Pet Rescue, Inc is a 501c3 non-profit volunteer pet rescue. We are a NO-KILL rescue organization located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Our mission is to rescue stray dogs and cats off of Tulsa's streets, and find them forever homes. All of our animals are:
