My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

** Note: Nina is available for adoption in Toronto. Her flight from Korea to Toronto is scheduled for March 1.

In January 2024, Nina was discovered at a ranch in a rural area in Paju, Korea. A truck stopped by and left a box containing four poodles. They were taken to a high-kill shelter and faced euthanasia. Fortunately, they were rescued and now reside in a local shelter with other dogs.

Nina is a gentle, friendly, and intelligent girl. She enjoys the company of people, going for walks, meeting new friends, and showing affection. Although she may be a bit shy at first with strangers, Nina quickly warms up and reveals her playful side. She prefers to be close to her human companions and has been patient with car rides, baths, and grooming sessions.

Nina loves hanging out with her furry friends and gets along well with other dogs as long as they are friendly and not overly dominant. She dislikes hyper or very bossy dogs. Being a poodle, she is quick to understand things and picks up new concepts swiftly.

The ideal family for Nina would be one where someone is usually at home. Nina thrives when she can stay close to her humans, so having a family member around most of the time would make her feel more secure. While having another small dog companion could be beneficial, the most crucial factor is the presence of humans.

Nina is a calm, intelligent, and incredibly loving girl. Whoever adopts this sweet pup will be truly fortunate.
