My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mia is a loveable 1-2 year old pitty mix who is full of affection. She was rescued by one of our foster parents in the terribly cold, alone with her 2 puppies. Mia loves to give kisses and snuggle. She is a young mama who she loves to run and wrestle. She’s food and praise motivated and has been learning a few commands. This sweet girl is so eager to please and will bond quickly to someone who offers a kind word and a cuddle.

Her two favorite things are the yard and couch time. She is great with her puppies and other dogs. Her foster sisters and her will wrestle and chase each other for as long as they are allowed. She's so grateful to be safe and will be a wonderful family dog or companion for someone. No cats for Mia. If there are children in the home, she would do best with older, non-toddler aged children. She can jump a short fence so she does require a 5-6 foot fence

If you are interested in meeting Mia, please fill out an application via our website at https://therescueproject.net/adoption-application and we will get back to you via email once your application has been reviewed. If you have further questions please feel free to reach out to us at adoptionstrp@gmail.com.

Mia's adoption fee is $200 and includes age appropriate vaccines, spay, microchip, deworm, heartworm testing.
