My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Smith and I`m a 1 and a 1/2 year old pitbull.

I`m a friendly, active dog who likes people and playing with other dogs. I get along best with female dogs and need slow introductions with male dogs. Sometimes it takes me a minute to warm up. I`m not sure how I am with cats so you`ll have to monitor me in the home.

I`ve been told I have very pretty eyes and I like to sniff a lot! I really enjoy going on long walks where I can sniff to my hearts content. Although, I do need some help learning my leash manners. I`m still working on that but I`m eager to learn!

I am up to date on vaccinations but will need a regular veterinarian to make sure I stay happy and healthy.

If you`re looking for a happy, playful dog then I`m your guy! Come down and meet me!

I will also need to be in a cat free home!

If you are interested in adopting me or another homeless pet at Macomb County Animal Control, walk-in adoption hours are Monday-Friday from 10am-4pm.

My adoption fee is: SPONSORED!
