Meet Jules! This sweet Frenchie has all the love to give, and he's looking for the perfect family to give it to! Jules came to Wags and Whiskers from an overcrowded shelter, where his life was at risk, simply because he has had a clouded eye! Luckily for Jules, Wags stepped up and brought Jules in, and immediately had him seen by the vet, where it was determined that his eye could be saved! Jules has a bit of a cloudy right eye, but the Dr. says that it should not effect him or cause him any pain! Jules also had a Rhinoplasty (that's a nose job) to help him breath better being a brachycephalic (that basically means squishy faced) dog. All of our pets are up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, heartworm tested if over 6 months old and will be spayed or neutered before being allowed to go home.
Unfortunately, we don't always know the background of each dog. Some were dumped, abandoned in an empty house, left tied to a tree, picked up by animal control as strays, or simply unwanted by their owners. Please take into consideration that owning a pet is a 10+ year commitment and discuss with all members of your family before submitting an application to adopt.
