My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Otis, aka Oats or Oatie, the talkative, adventure-bound, curious kitty. Bonded with and junior cat to his big bro, Edgar, Otis was born and rescued off the streets of Jersey City less than a year ago today before winter 2024. Otis craves adventure wherever possible. Almost sultry in his relaxed state, this light-footed kitty doesn’t waste a minute to play with toys, chase his brother around the house, and poke his head into any crevice he hasn’t gotten his paws on.

He is very particular when it comes to pets and prefers to be in control of where and when he receives them. Otis is not a fan of loud noises or fast movements, but is also quick to forgive and forget proving to be quite the resilient feline. When Otis isn’t trolling his brother he enjoys sunbathing on the window sill and watching life go by. Otis may take a little time and patience to warm up to you, but rest assured you will find that once he does, this sweet-hearted boy will make you so very happy. His adorable preference to soak up the silence with you is one of a kind. Please note that he must be adopted with his brother and best friend Edgar!
