Meet beautiful Georgie. She is very sweet and playful. Her favorite activities are bird watching, batting at foil balls, and chasing strings. She is shy around new people but after a good chin scratch, she’ll be purring and wanting more pets. Georgie gets along well with other cats and will tolerate calmer dogs with proper introductions. Her best friend is her sister Lola who she would love to be adopted with!

Georgie is spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, tested negative for FIV and FeLV, and treated for parasites. Her adoption fee as a pair with Lola is $200. Do you have room in your heart and home for this adorable girl?

Interview

If your application is approved, one of our board members will contact you for a phone interview.

3.
Meet the Pet

During your phone interview, we will work on setting up a date/time for you to meet your new family member at the Petsmart in Troy.

Additional adoption info

* We do require adopters to be at least 21 years old.
* If you are leasing, we do ask that you provide a copy of your rental agreement showing that cats are allowed.
* We also ask that all adults living in the home agree with the adoption and addition of a feline friend to the family.
* For families with young children (under 6), kittens over 6 months are best.
* If the pet is to be alone for a significant amount of time, we ask that you consider adopting an older kitten or adult, or consider adopting two kittens to keep each other company. Young kittens are susceptible to social-depression if alone for a significant amount of time.
* We also discourage "gift" adoptions unless it is from a parent to a minor child.

Our adoption fee of $100 (cash/check) includes feline leukemia/FIV testing, deworming, flea preventative, microchip, and age-appropriate vaccines. All Tigerlily cats are thoroughly examined by a veterinarian. All cats and kittens are spayed/neutered prior to being available for adoption.
