Rafferty is just about the happiest, goofiest boy you’ll ever meet- he’s an energetic big boy who loves to explore the outdoors and has a real zest for life! Here’s what his volunteer friends have said:
“Rafferty is a handsome young dog who has some very good skills. He had some training at some point in his life and is very intelligent. He knows `look at me` `sit`, `down`, and `wait`. I worked a bit with him on his loose leash walking skills and he caught on very quickly. Rafferty is treat- motivated and is also eager to please. This guy will make a great companion for an active person or family. Rafferty is a great young dog!”
“Rafferty is puppylike in his energy and is very playful. I walked around the perimeter of the play yard with him and he followed by my side with a big smile on his face. I sat down at the bench, and he automatically stood by my side, leaning against me for pets with happy tail wags. He’s also a really handsome dog.”
Rafferty has been social and tolerant when meeting other dogs in playgroup. He’d like to meet any resident dogs before heading home to make sure it’s a good fit. Please ask to meet Rafferty today!!
