My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Blue!

A charming 5-year-old canine residing in Middletown, NY. This handsome fellow is a delightful mix of Lab and Blue Heeler, boasting a unique and appealing appearance. Blue, a sturdy male weighing 60 pounds, has a heart as big as his size!

Blue is a loving and people-friendly companion, always eager to share his affection with those around him. He thrives on human interaction and is known for his gentle demeanor. While Blue may not be fond of feline friends or most dogs, he more than compensates with his loyalty and devotion to his chosen human companion.

Trained in basic commands, Blue is a well-mannered pooch who understands the importance of "sit," "stay," and "leave it." Blue's ideal home would include a large fenced backyard, providing him with ample space to run and play. Regular exercise is crucial for this energetic fellow, and he would flourish in an environment where he can enjoy daily activities with his human.

Blue, with his endearing personality, is a great companion for those seeking a loyal friend! He revels in the company of his humans and has a particular affinity for toys and chew sticks. Neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations, Blue is ready to join a loving family willing to meet his special dietary needs.

It's important to note that Blue would thrive as the sole pet in the household, as he exhibits some aggression towards other dogs and cats due to his high prey drive. A fenced-in yard is not just a luxury but a necessity for this spirited pup.

If you are looking for a devoted companion who will benefit from regular exercise, a loving heart, and a home equipped to accommodate his unique needs, Blue might just be the perfect addition to your family!
