Animal Profile: Raven is a female Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix (best guess), estimated to be 7/8 months old and currently weighing 38 lbs . She and her 3 siblings were surrendered to Freer Animal Shelter and were then taken in by our rescue partner in Texas and are currently in their foster home getting ready for their trip to the PNW to find forever homes. They are good with dogs and people, and doing well with crate training. Raven is shy until she gets to know you, then is a total sweetheart, so will need someone willing to show her the world is a great place to be. Estimating she will be in the 60 to 70 lb range full grown. Due to her breed we will only be considering adoption to families with homes with secure fenced yards ( s uburban/rural environment will be best for her) . Large breed experience and a canine companion preferred. We will post more information as we get to know her in foster care.
Foster Update: C oming soon!
