Meet Bubba!
This big boy is one of the dogs we were able to pull out of a local shelter with the help of the Bark at the Moon community.

If you want a living, breathing teddy bear, then read on.
If you hate love and doggy cuddles (are you okay?) then Bubba probably isn't the guy for you.
When asked what his worst nightmare is, he said: "A whole day without snuggles." True story.

If you like short, slow walks, Bubba's the boy for you. He's more of a "chill night at home" guy than a "long walk on the beach" kind of guy. If those chill nights happen to include training and treats, then congratulations! You've found your way to his huge heart.

He's a Tug World Champion. You can count how many times he's lost a game of tug on one paw. If you think you can take him on he's happy to crush your hopes and dreams. But he'll always offer some consolation cuddles to make you feel better.

He's great with other dogs, and while he'd love another big fur sibling to play with, he's very respectful of smaller pets as well. He doesn't want it advertised, but he was even caught napping in the same bed with his foster sister, a cat!

This softy loves kids (he's just a big kid himself, after all). His foster nephew is his favourite visitor! As with most big dogs, though, he can sometimes forget his size, so he should be supervised around kids who are not dog-savvy. It's safe to say he just loves people in general. If they have hands to pet him, he wants to meet them!

Bubba's crate has become a safe space for him to sleep at night and spend workdays in. He has a history of resource guarding, so he eats all of his meals in his crate as well. It's important that his forever family provide that safe space for him.

Bubba can't wait to meet his new furrever family, is it you??
