  3. Meet the Pet
    1. This may happen at a fosters home, adoption event or bonding room at one of our venues
  4. Interview
    1. More of a conversation that takes place either as we’re working the application or during your meet and greet.
  5. Take the Pet Home
    1. We try our hardest to get to this point as quickly as possible.

Go meet their pets

Foster Paws Rescue cats can be seen at Petsmart in Taylors, SC daily. Sunday's from 12-4, our fosters bring their fur babies to meet potential families. Our fosters also bring their adoptable cats and kittens to Petsmart in Simpsonville, SC on Saturday’s from 10am-2pm. Also PetSmart on Lauren’s Rd in Greenville, SC houses some of our adoptable kitties in their adoption center and our fosters bring their available kitties on Saturdays from 11am-3pm on Saturdays. Facebook will have the latest updates if we are doing any off-site adoption events

More about this rescue

Foster Paws Rescue works on a daily basis to save cats/kittens at the greatest risk at Greenville's local high kill shelter. Our mission is to find every cat/ kitten a loving forever home. We are an all volunteer feline rescue group. In 2014, we saved approximately 500+ cats/kittens. Most all of our cats are in foster homes so they receive personalized care and socialization. We are always looking for GREAT fosters and people willing to bottle feed during kitten season. Since we are all volunteer, we are in need of help in every aspect of the rescue process. Donations are always welcome whether it is food, beds, toys or monetary. Our long term goal is to work with the community and government to convert from a high kill community to NO KILL.
