My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Estimated Date of Birth 1/7/2014

Ramona was surrendered to the local shelter along with two other cats, Quincy and Tanner, when their owner passed away. We don't know much about their history, but all 3 cats are estimated to be about 8 years old, and all three are missing most of their teeth. Ramona is a sweet girl, but still a bit scared after the stress she has been through recently. She is slowly gaining trust in her foster home, and coming out of hiding for pets and affection. She is always purring, and loves to make biscuits. We are still learning her personality, but Ramona would likely do best in a quiet home. She does ok with other cats if they don't bother her too much, but would likely not mind being the only cat. Help this sweet girl find a place to call home.

More about this rescue

Foster Paws Rescue works on a daily basis to save cats/kittens at the greatest risk at Greenville's local high kill shelter. Our mission is to find every cat/ kitten a loving forever home. We are an all volunteer feline rescue group. In 2014, we saved approximately 500+ cats/kittens. Most all of our cats are in foster homes so they receive personalized care and socialization. We are always looking for GREAT fosters and people willing to bottle feed during kitten season. Since we are all volunteer, we are in need of help in every aspect of the rescue process. Donations are always welcome whether it is food, beds, toys or monetary. Our long term goal is to work with the community and government to convert from a high kill community to NO KILL.
