My name is Zirah!

Zirah is a sweet little husky mix who is coming up on her first birthday and her only wish is to find a home to call her very own.   Zirah is extremely timid and was not well socialized to people.    She has a strong prey drive, so can't live with cats or small dogs.   She loves dogs her size and bigger (she is just 35 lbs) and is learning how to "dog" a bit more each and every day.   She will run if not contained, and hasn't been well acclimated to a leash, so definitely will need a fenced yard.  She is a smart girl, and is catching on to housebreaking.   She is still mouthy, but not aggressive.  But for this reason, and her tendency to jump on people, a home without young children is needed.  For the little bit we had snow this year, she loved it!   Zirah is a gorgeous girl who has all the potential in the world, but she needs a human who will be patient with her and teach her good manners.
