My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello. My name is Ruckus and I am a sweet beagle boy that needs to find a forever home. I am approx. 3-4 years old and weigh ~24 lbs. I was rescued from a shelter in Kentucky and made my way to Penny Angels with 5 other beagles on Feb. 24. It was a long trek to New Jersey, but that didn’t get me down. I am happy to be looking for a new home along with my newest beagle friends. I am very outgoing and definitely have some extra energy. I get along well with other dogs. I am a happy tail-wagger and will sit on your lap (if you let me). I do bark at times at passing dogs, but that is just my way of saying 'hello'. I am neutered and up-to-date with my vaccinations. I recently had a dental and had lots of tartar removed from my teeth. I am using a doggie door in Rescue during the day but will need to learn new rules in your home. Will you share your home with me?
