My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone my name is Indie and I was recently taken into the rescue from a local shelter. The paperwork says my previous owner was moving and I could not go with them. That was a very sad day for me.

I am a beautiful lop-eared bunny and I weigh 7 lbs. I am full grown and a little under two years of age. I have been spayed and vaccinated against RHDV and I have perfect litterbox habits. I am a bit shy when you first meet me and am not crazy if you touch the top of my head but I do love my body rubbed and my favorite pasttime is eating. I love it it!!! What can I say I am a girl with an appetite.

I am eating a proper diet of Oxbow Adult timothy pellets, timothy hay and a big bowl of fresh water. I also love my daily salad of dark leafy greens. Although I am on the larger size please do not forget my weekly treats of things like carrots, bananas and blueberries. I am not your salad eating type of girl!!!

I may be a great option for any bondable neutered males searching for a mate.

Would you consider opening your heart and home to a sweet soul like me?

More about this rescue

After fostering for over 20 years I decided it was time to open my own rescue. Bunnies are intelligent caring sensitive creatures who blossom in the right environment. They have much more spunk and personality than most people realize . You will be a convert once you have the chance to experience first hand how wonderful a compainon they can be.
