Salem is a 6 month old male Bombay/Domestic Shorthair mix. He has a shiny black coat with a white patch on his chest and beautiful yellow/green eyes. Salem is great with other animals and is extremely gentle. He is a very sweet boy who loves both affection and playtime! Salem takes pride in his toys and loves to run around. When he is done playing he likes to take naps on your lap or anywhere he finds comfortable. He is an affectionate and curious boy who is ready for his forever home! All kittens are vaccinated (2 FRCP kitten vaccines), dewormed, on flea meds, microchipped, and spayed/neutered when they are older and bigger (covered by the fee, better for them to get bigger before putting under anesthesia). Fees also include a free vet appointment and 1 month of pet insurance.
If an animal is posted, they are AVAILABLE; we work actively to review applications and approve adopters + backups. We approve based on the best home. We review applications generally within 24 hours.
Once that is complete and we've approved you, we can set up a time for you to meet your potential companion for life! We are strictly by appointment-only.
**You only need ONE application for any and all animals. Your application works for 3 months.

We will then evaluate and see if your home is fitting for the dog or cat that you're interested in!

Meet the Pet
We then set up a time for you to meet the pet! We're willing to travel to wherever you're located, but at the shelter is preferable.

Sign Adoption Contract
Sign our contract and fill out all of our paperwork.
5.
Pay Fee
Our adoption fee is $350 for dogs and puppies, $159 for cats, and $175 for kittens. More info on what the fees cover in the fees section.

We help find homes for homeless dogs and cats, care and protect neglected and abused animals. We are working to end the suffering and mistreatment of dogs and cats in Southern California. We bring spay and neuter services to areas where families cannot afford them; we facilitate the rescue, foster care, and adoption of animals whenever possible, and we offer education and support to those involved in the care of animals.
